As the guys in Wonder Years strikes the first chord on "An Elegy For Baby Blue" I immidiately come to think of bands like Lifetime and Young Hearts. In other words, pretty damn good! The band hails from Philadelphia and became friends with Birmingham, England's All Or Nothing, who's on the b-side, on their 2007 UK Hostels & Brothels Tour. I sure wish I had caught one of those shows 'cause both these bands really fits my taste in pop punk. It's fast, well-written and over all brilliant. The bands do sound pretty similar to each other. But, where a synthesizer of some sort adds a nice touch to The Wonder Years' songs All Or Nothing goes a bit more straight on with somewhat of a heavier guitar sound. In my opinion that's what makes this record good, since I don't really like when bands on splits sound too alike or too different from each other. This right here is a perfect match. I will most likely keep my eyes open for more stuff from these groups 'cause this 7" really made my day. Nice work!

The 7" is available on three different color variants with really nice artwok by Daniel Fishel and a free download card which features a bonus third track by All Or Nothing. Pick it up!
